4:39
39 Know therefore this day, and consider it in thine
heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the
earth beneath: there is none else.

ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not
we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
